UVTESSERA – License terms (draft)
1. License
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use UVTESSERA on one PC (Windows) for which the license key has been activated. The license key is bound to this PC.
2. License key
Keep the license key confidential and do not pass it on to third parties.
3. Restrictions
The software may not be copied, distributed, modified, reverse engineered or decompiled, except where the law expressly permits it.
4. Without a license
Without an activated license key, marker detection and export are not available. Editing in the editor is possible without a license for test purposes.
5. Third-party software
UVTESSERA only creates print files and does not interfere with printer control. Separate software (e.g. ACRORIP) is required for printing; it is not part of this product and is subject to the terms of its manufacturer. Included open-source libraries are subject to their own licenses (see the notes).
6. Liability and warranty
The user is responsible for measuring the print bed correctly, for the settings in the printing software, and for checking print results (e.g. with a test print). No liability is accepted for misprints or damaged print media. Unlimited liability applies only for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; for slight negligence, liability is limited to the purchase price of the license.
7. Change of PC
If you replace your PC, contact info@itghosts.de. The license is then moved to the new PC, provided UVTESSERA is no longer used on the old one.
8. Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Updates and support
Updates within the same major version are included in the purchase price. Support is available by e-mail at info@itghosts.de, with response times of 48 hours.
10. Data protection
To activate and check the license, UVTESSERA sends the license key and the device name to our payment provider Lemon Squeezy. Details are in our privacy policy at https://itghosts.de/datenschutz.html.
11. Final provisions
German law applies.

UVTESSERA – Lizenzbedingungen (Entwurf)
1. Lizenz
Sie erhalten ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für UVTESSERA auf einem Rechner (Windows), für den der Lizenzschlüssel aktiviert wurde. Der Lizenzschlüssel ist an diesen Rechner gebunden.
2. Lizenzschlüssel
Der Lizenzschlüssel ist vertraulich zu behandeln und darf nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden.
3. Einschränkungen
Das Programm darf nicht kopiert, weitergegeben, verändert, zurückentwickelt oder dekompiliert werden, außer soweit das Gesetz dies ausdrücklich erlaubt.
4. Ohne Lizenz
Ohne aktivierten Lizenzschlüssel stehen Marker-Erkennung und Export nicht zur Verfügung. Das Bearbeiten im Editor ist zu Testzwecken auch ohne Lizenz möglich.
5. Drittanbieter-Software
UVTESSERA erzeugt ausschließlich Druckdateien und greift nicht in die Druckersteuerung ein. Für den Druck wird eine separate Software (z. B. ACRORIP) benötigt, die nicht Bestandteil dieses Produkts ist und den Bedingungen des jeweiligen Herstellers unterliegt. Enthaltene Open-Source-Bibliotheken unterliegen ihren eigenen Lizenzen (siehe Hinweise).
6. Haftung und Gewährleistung
Die Verantwortung für das korrekte Ausmessen des Druckbetts, die Einstellungen in der Drucksoftware sowie die Prüfung des Druckergebnisses (z. B. durch einen Probedruck) liegt beim Nutzer. Für Fehldrucke oder beschädigte Bedruckstoffe wird keine Haftung übernommen. Unbeschränkt gehaftet wird nur bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit; bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit ist die Haftung auf den Kaufpreis der Lizenz begrenzt.
7. Wechsel des Rechners
Wenn du deinen Rechner ersetzt, wende dich an info@itghosts.de. Die Lizenz wird dann auf den neuen Rechner übertragen, sofern UVTESSERA auf dem alten nicht mehr genutzt wird.
8. Gesetzliche Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.
9. Updates und Support
Updates innerhalb derselben Hauptversion sind im Kaufpreis enthalten. Support erhältst du per E-Mail an info@itghosts.de, Antwortzeiten: 48 Stunden.
10. Datenschutz
Zur Aktivierung und Prüfung der Lizenz übermittelt UVTESSERA den Lizenzschlüssel und den Gerätenamen an unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Lemon Squeezy. Näheres steht in der Datenschutzerklärung unter https://itghosts.de/datenschutz.html.
11. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
